Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. wilyonaryo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if account verification has not been completed or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in the account — after deducting applicable bonus conditions and any amounts held under investigation — will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to verification.
